Shipping

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all purchases + FREE shipping on purchases over $100.

While we are in the beta/start-up phase of our shop, we are shipping 3x a week. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. At this time, we do not offer express shipping.

Returns

Merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt, in original condition, to the address below. In advance of sending back the return, please email lauren@laurenlily.com with the order number. We recommend insuring the package you ship to us, as we are not responsible for any items that get lost in the mail. Items worn, altered or washed may not be returned. Once we receive your return, we will issue a store credit via email that can be redeemed anytime. Shipping is not refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.
